Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- 4.05m warrant shares listed for trading, adding ~2% dilution with small cash inflow.
Tembo Global received NSE trading approval for 40.5 lakh Re 1 equity shares issued on conversion of preferential warrants, listed for trading from October 26, 2026. The new shares carry lock-in until April 2028. This completes the listing step with about 2% equity dilution and a modest cash inflow, with no change to operations.
- Tembo broke ground on its Amravati defence plant, a long-term growth bet with no near-term revenue.
Tembo Global Industries performed Bhoomi Poojan on October 23, 2026 for its proposed defence manufacturing facility in Amravati, Maharashtra. The plant, to be developed through subsidiary Tembo Classic Engineering Private Limited, targets small arms and ammunition manufacturing, for which the company says it has secured Ministry of Home Affairs licences. The project is at ground-breaking stage with phased infrastructure build-out ahead, so it offers long-term diversification with no sales contribution yet.
- Tembo subsidiary inaugurated its Amravati defence factory; commercial output and orders to follow.
Tembo Classic Engineering, a subsidiary of Tembo Global Industries, inaugurated its new factory at D-10, Additional Amravati MIDC, Nandgaon Peth, Maharashtra on October 22, 2026. The unit is meant for defence products and equipment including ordnance, arms, ammunition and surveillance and communication equipment. Commercial production has not yet started and will be updated separately, so near-term contribution will depend on commissioning and order wins.
- BSE main-board listing plus licences and Euro 50m ammo-plant plan lay foundation for defence pivot with heavy capex ahead.
Tembo Global Industries listed its shares on the BSE Main Board on October 15, 2026 and outlined a stronger push into defence manufacturing. Through its subsidiary it has received small-arms and ammunition manufacturing licences, is developing a facility in Amravati targeting commercial production in Q1 FY2028, and is working with Belgium's Lachaussee SA on a proposed Euro 50 million plant for about 100 million rounds a year plus a European technology tie-up with 100% buyback and a UAV joint venture. These are early-stage plans subject to final terms, so the next 12 months likely mean heavy project spending rather than meaningful defence sales.
