- Near-clean US FDA inspection at Satara with 1 minor observation de-risks US supply.
Rubicon Research said the US FDA conducted an unannounced inspection of its Satara manufacturing facility from 5 to 9 October 2026 and issued a Form 483 with 1 observation. The company said the observation is procedural in nature and does not relate to data integrity. If concluded successfully, it would be the third successful unannounced US FDA inspection in FY2026-27 after Toronto and Pithampur, supporting continued US business without disruption.
