Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Routine NCD allotment adds ~Rs 254 cr of funding, negligible for growth and profit.
PNB Housing Finance allotted 25,365 NCDs in its 79th NCD series. Assuming the standard Rs 1 lakh face value, this implies about Rs 253.65 crore of new debt funding. For a housing financier with over Rs 71,000 crore of borrowings, this is routine funding for onward home-loan disbursements with no meaningful near-term impact on growth or profit.
- CRISIL AAA completes a four-agency AAA suite, trimming funding costs and aiding growth.
On 7 Oct 2026, PNB Housing Finance said CRISIL upgraded its long-term rating to CRISIL AAA/Stable from AA+/Stable. With this it now holds AAA from all four domestic agencies – CRISIL, India Ratings, CARE and ICRA – within 12 months. The agency cited improving asset quality, strong capitalisation, granular retail mortgage book and support from promoter Punjab National Bank, which should help the company borrow cheaper and grow with more investor confidence.
