Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Meesho's festive sale opened with ~75% YoY Day 1 order growth, signaling strong demand momentum.
Meesho said Day 1 orders in its Mega Blockbuster Sale 2026 grew about 75% year-on-year, with peak orders crossing 75,000 per minute within 15 minutes of going live. Transacting customers rose about 60% and transacting sellers rose about 63%, while Meesho Mall orders grew over 200% and content commerce orders grew 3.7 times. The strong start points to healthy festive demand across Bharat, which should support higher volumes and better scale for Meesho and its sellers.
- Meesho to put up to Rs 50 cr more into Retail Pulse Labs after Kirana Club deal, with Rs 202 cr acquisition terms unchanged.
Meesho's board on October 6, 2026 approved an investment of up to Rs 50 crore in Retail Pulse Labs, which will become a step-down subsidiary once the first tranche of the Kirana Club acquisition closes. It also approved procedural amendments to the June 12, 2026 share purchase agreement, with total consideration unchanged at Rs 202.09 crore and no tranche completed yet. The extra Rs 50 crore, to be deployed within a year, is tiny versus Meesho's scale and will fund growth of the kirana-led business with only a small near-term loss drag.
- Meesho's creator-led NMV surged 152% YoY on 1.6 lakh creators and 4 lakh sellers, supporting continued high growth.
Meesho said Net Merchandise Value through its Content Commerce ecosystem grew 152% year-on-year, supported by 1.6 lakh active creators over the last 12 months, 90% of them nano creators. Homemakers made up 40% and young graduates 30% of creators, while 66% of content-led orders came from Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities and over 4 lakh sellers opted in. Its short-video surface Video Finds recorded nearly 4,800 crore views and about 9,000 crore minutes of watch time. The update signals strong traction for discovery-led shopping in Bharat, which should support continued marketplace growth and seller demand.
