Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- HCLTech launched AWS-based nano GCC offering to move enterprises from AI pilots to production, with small near-term revenue upside.
HCLTech on Oct 28, 2026 launched an AI-powered nano Global Capability Center offering built on AWS to help enterprises scale AI beyond pilots. The model uses compact product-centric squads for AI engineering, autonomous IT operations, data and business operations, delivered from India with a Lucknow Center of Excellence, with APAC as the first rollout phase. No client wins or deal values were disclosed, so near-term financial impact is small but it strengthens HCLTech's AI and GCC pipeline with AWS.
- Completed tiny Croatian RPA tuck-in with negligible near-term financials but small automation capability positive.
HCLTech completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Robotic Process Automation d.o.o. (Robotiq.ai) of Croatia on October 26, 2026, through its step-down subsidiary HCL Technologies Austria GmbH. This follows its initial intimation on September 28, 2026, and no deal value was disclosed. The target is a small RPA firm, so the near-term revenue and profit addition is negligible versus HCLTech's Rs 1.3 lakh crore scale, but it modestly strengthens automation and AI capabilities.
- HCLTech opened two dedicated chip-design centers for Japan's Rapidus, a small near-term revenue add with strategic long-term semiconductor upside.
HCLTech and Japan's Rapidus Corporation have partnered for next-generation logic semiconductors and inaugurated two dedicated HCLTech development centers in Bengaluru and Hubli. The centers will provide mask design, design infrastructure, process design kit development, design technology co-optimization and layout design, plus build an Indian talent pipeline for Rapidus in Japan. With no deal value disclosed and HCLTech's $14.8 billion revenue base, the near-term revenue contribution is small but it strengthens HCLTech's positioning in advanced chip engineering.
- HCLTech launched NVIDIA-powered auto V&V solution to speed SDV validation – small positive, no near-term numbers.
On Oct 21, 2026, HCLTech launched HCLTech Verification and Validation for Auto, an AI-powered offering using NVIDIA simulation and AI stack for software-defined vehicle validation. The solution targets automakers and Tier-1 suppliers to automate validation workflows, expand scenario coverage including rare safety-critical cases, and link requirements to compliance evidence. With no deal value disclosed and consolidated TTM revenue of Rs 138052 cr, the near-term financial impact is likely small, but it strengthens HCLTech's automotive engineering positioning.
- Strong Q2 with 11.5% revenue and 21% profit growth plus Rs 3,635 cr acquisitions supports double-digit earnings growth.
HCLTech reported Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 35,620 crore, up 11.5% year-on-year, and net profit of Rs 5,132 crore, up 21.2%, with H1 revenue of Rs 70,199 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share with record date October 16, 2026. During the quarter it closed three acquisitions for Rs 3,635 crore and invested Rs 1,427 crore in an associate to boost engineering, AI and telecom capabilities, which should support double-digit growth over the next year.
- HCLTech signed a Global Premier Partnership with Anthropic to scale governed Agentic AI via a dedicated unit and product integrations.
HCLTech signed a Global Premier Partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise adoption of governed Agentic AI. It will set up a dedicated Anthropic Business Unit with a Centre of Excellence and secure sandboxes for Claude, Cowork and Claude Code deployments, while HCLSoftware as an ISV partner will embed Claude into products like BigFix, AppScan and Actian and integrate it into its AI Force platform. The release gives no deal value, so near-term revenue impact is small but it strengthens HCLTech's AI-led services and product positioning.
