Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Infosys went live with Syngenta's global S/4HANA core for 10,000 users across 80 countries, a small positive credential win.
Infosys announced successful go-live of Syngenta's Crop Protection Core, a global SAP S/4HANA platform covering more than 10,000 employees across 80 countries. The program consolidated multiple ERPs into one digital core across research, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and commercial functions, using Infosys Cobalt and Topaz AI capabilities. It is a delivery milestone that showcases Infosys execution capability rather than a new order value, with limited near-term financial impact given Infosys scale.
- Stable 21% margins, $5.2bn large wins and 13% higher dividend offset muted 1-2% growth guidance.
Infosys reported Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 49,244 crore, up 1.5% in constant currency YoY, with operating margin stable at 21.0% and net profit of Rs 7,823 crore up 6.2% YoY. Large deal wins were strong at $5.2 billion with 62% net new, including a mega deal over $2 billion, and AI revenues grew 29% sequentially to 10.5% of revenue. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 26 per share, up 13% YoY, and guided FY27 revenue growth of 1%-2% with margins of 20%-22%.
- Infosys expands Truist GCC deal with 1,000+ onboarding, adding small but strategic BFSI revenue.
Infosys expanded its collaboration with US bank Truist to build out Truist's AI-first Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. Truist is consolidating India work from multiple suppliers into an integrated model with Infosys, with more than 1,000 colleagues to be onboarded later this month. The deal adds modest near-term revenue but strengthens Infosys in BFSI and in large bank GCC build-operate-transfer programs.
- US paused Infosys green-card filings, but Infosys says no material business impact.
The US Department of Labor has suspended new and pending Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) applications from certain companies including Infosys. Infosys said it will work with US agencies to answer questions and does not expect a material impact on the organization. The company highlighted its US local workforce and technology hubs and reiterated compliance with US laws.
