KPIT's board approved setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam with USD 2 million capital to access talent, support customers and build R&D for mobility offerings. It also approved doubling the UK subsidiary's factoring limit with BNP Paribas from GBP 6 million to GBP 12 million via a Letter of Comfort with no guarantee, and strike-off of dormant step-down subsidiary Samit UK with no business impact.
