The Company supports large global enterprises with data-driven insights and assists them in their decision-making through its end-to-end AI solutions. It operates through two segments: Fractal.ai and Fractal Alpha. Fractal.ai segment leverages core competencies in AI, engineering, design, along with deep domain expertise, and is complemented by its functional capabilities. Fractal.ai segment leverages these competencies to provide bespoke AI consulting services and AI products. The Fractal alpha segment is focused on incubated and acquired intellectual property solutions, which includes Asper.ai, Flyfish.ai, Analytics Vidhya, Theremin and Eugenie. Its pre-built AI products are designed to address both horizontal cross-industry and vertical industry-specific use cases. Its AI products include Cogentiq Business Insights, Cogentiq Campaign Assist, Cogentiq Sales Assist and others.

Fractal Analytics appointed Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer and Group CFO effective October 19, 2026, succeeding Ashwath Bhat who resigned. Kedia brings about two decades of finance leadership from Johnson & Johnson and Hindustan Unilever across investor relations, M&A, treasury and business finance. The filing also updates the authorised persons for stock exchange disclosures, with no financial targets or restructuring, so the near-term business trajectory is unchanged.
