Emcure to merge two wholly owned subsidiaries into itself to simplify structure with no change to consolidated business.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals board on October 12, 2026 approved merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries Zuventus Healthcare and Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals into itself, subject to regulatory approvals. As both are 100% owned, the merger does not add new business or change consolidated sales and profits. It simplifies the group structure and should save small duplicate compliance and admin costs over the next year.
