Adroit Infotech has signed a non-binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Verso Altima Group, a Zagreb-based IT integrator with about 13 million Euros in revenue. The combined company is guided to reach $23-25 million in revenue, about Rs 225-250 crores, with over 400 employees. The deal, to be funded without debt via internal accruals and planned preferential and rights issues, still needs due diligence, a final share purchase agreement and approvals in India and Croatia.
