- Websol names 18-year renewables veteran Vinay Vyas as CEO of its downstream arm Websol Renewables.
Websol Energy System said its wholly owned subsidiary Websol Renewables Pvt Ltd appointed Vinay Vyas as Chief Executive Officer effective October 21, 2026. Vyas has over 18 years in renewables and storage, including roles at FusionX Energy, Welspun Group and Canadian Solar, and work on over 8 GW of clean energy. The move supports Websol's expansion beyond its 1200 MW cell and 550 MW module base toward 5350 MW cells and 4550 MW modules by 2028 and further along the solar value chain.
