NCLAT temporarily stayed Teerth Gopicon's CIRP admission till 23 Nov 2026.

Teerth Gopicon, admitted to insolvency (CIRP) on 10 Aug 2026, got interim relief with NCLAT staying the admission order till 23 Nov 2026. Directors argue only about Rs 75.7 lakh principal remains after a Rs 25 lakh payment in Feb 2025, below the Rs 1 crore insolvency threshold, versus invoices totalling Rs 1.0 crore plus interest. The stay temporarily halts CIRP, but the final decision on whether CIRP continues will come after the next hearing.

CoC replaced the IRP and flagged missing books, confirming CIRP will stall operations and crush equity value.

Teerth Gopicon, under insolvency since 10 August 2026, disclosed voting results of its 2nd Committee of Creditors meeting. Seven resolutions passed including replacing the interim resolution professional with Aegis Resolution Services, appointing Rays & Associates as statutory auditor for Rs 2.75 lakh per year, and ratifying Rs 1.27 lakh of CIRP costs. The filing also notes auditor resignation, rejection of forensic-audit and fee proposals, and inability to finalise accounts or hold the AGM due to missing books and subsidiary information, indicating business remains stalled under creditor control.
