IIFL Finance granted 7 lakh employee stock options with minimum 1-year vesting, implying negligible near-term dilution.

IIFL Finance's Nomination and Remuneration Committee on October 15, 2026 approved grant of 7,00,000 stock options to identified employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008. Each option converts into one fully paid equity share after a minimum 1-year vesting as per the grant letters. The size is tiny versus its share base and market cap, so no meaningful financial impact is expected over the next year beyond staff retention.
