- Subsidiary wins repeat order for two luxury river cruise vessels for delivery in 2029-2030, a small positive.
Hooghly Cochin Shipyard, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard, has won a repeat order from Heritage River Journeys for construction of two luxury river cruise vessels. The vessels are to be delivered by June 2029 and June 2030 respectively. No order value was disclosed; the long execution timeline means limited revenue contribution over the next 12 months, but it strengthens the subsidiary's inland vessel order book.
