B.A.G. Films and Media Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of content production, distribution and allied activities. The Company's segments include Audio-Visual Production and Distribution, Leasing, F.M. Radio, and Television Broadcasting. It operates News24, which is a 24-hour National Hindi free-to-air Hindi news channel. News24 is available throughout India on cable and direct-to-home platforms, including Tata Play, Dish TV, and Airtel Digital. NEWS24 MPCG, its regional news channel, is Hindi News Channel in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh. News24 is also available throughout West Asia and the MENA Region on the DU network across the Middle East and North Africa. The Company, through its subsidiary, Skyline Radio Network Limited, has FM radio stations on frequency 106.4 in Hissar, Karnal, Patiala, Ranchi, Muzaffarpur, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahemednagar, Simla and Jabalpur. Its subsidiaries include News24 Broadcast India Limited and E24 Glamour Limited.
