  TeamLease Skills University, sponsored by TeamLease Services, got ad-interim relief from the Gujarat High Court on October 22, 2026, staying fresh EPFO proceedings under Section 125 of the Social Security Code until the next hearing on December 1, 2026. The case relates to EPFO's March 11, 2026 order on whether NEEM trainees from July 2014 to June 2022 are covered for provident fund, which quantifies no dues. The matter remains pending in court with no immediate financial liability.

  TeamLease faces a Rs 52.8 cr GST show-cause for FY23, about 37% of annual profit, pending its reply.

  TeamLease received a GST show cause notice on September 29, 2026 from Karnataka tax authorities for FY2022-23. The notice demands Rs 52.76 crore, comprising Rs 28.92 crore tax, Rs 20.95 crore interest and Rs 2.89 crore penalty, on two issues relating to GSTR-9C turnover adjustments and exempt supplies. Seven of nine issues raised earlier were dropped, the company says part of the tax is overstated, and it will file its reply by October 29, 2026.
