- Suba adds a 46-key BKC Mumbai hotel on a 15-year revenue-share, a small asset-light growth driver.
Suba Hotels has signed a term sheet with Triumph Developers to operate a 46-key hotel in BKC, Mumbai under its Click Hotel brand. The 33,000 sq ft property will be operated, managed and marketed by Suba on a revenue-sharing basis for 15 years, extendable by 10 years. The deal fits Suba's asset-light expansion strategy and adds long-term revenue visibility from a prime Mumbai location.

Suba Hotels opened Quality Inn Serenity, a 36-room hotel with restaurant and banquet hall at Ashiyana/Kanpur Road, Lucknow, under a management agreement. The property has 27 executive double rooms, 6 twin rooms and 3 premium rooms near Transport Nagar, the airport and railway station. Being a managed property, it will add recurring management-fee income with minimal capital investment and modestly supports growth over the next year.
