Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Skipper to set up a small wholly-owned transmission-EPC arm and appointed ex-PowerGrid CMD as independent director.
On 12 October 2026, Skipper's board approved incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for transmission and EPC works and appointed ex-PowerGrid CMD R.N. Nayak as independent director for 5 years. The new company will start with Rs 1 crore paid-up capital and Rs 25 crore authorised capital. The outlay is tiny versus Skipper's scale, so no near-term earnings impact, but it signals intent to grow in transmission EPC.
