- DoT cancelled all of RCom's auctioned spectrum with immediate effect, gutting its resolution plan.
On 5 October 2026, the Department of Telecommunications terminated with immediate effect all telecom spectrum allotted to Reliance Communications and its wholly-owned Reliance Telecom from auctions in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, citing violations of auction conditions, unpaid spectrum instalments, spectrum usage charges and roll-out obligations.
