Pranik Logistics Limited is an India-based logistics provider. The Company's services include warehousing, transportation, carrying & forwarding agent (CFA) and value-added services. The Company's warehousing services include inventory control, order management, and storage management. It manages warehouse space at multiple locations across the country. Its transportation service includes providing long-haul, middle mile, last mile & reverse logistics services. Its fully integrated system includes services like a TMS system, automated reporting, electronic POD management from last-mile customers, and live tracking of vehicles through high-performing GPS. Its CFA service includes providing any service, either directly or indirectly, concerned with the clearing and forwarding operations in any manner to any other person and including a consignment agent. Its value-added services range from simple to complex, enabling a variety of logistics delivery models that improve customer service.

Pranik Logistics has won a domestic warehousing service contract from Bharat Petroleum Corporation's Wadilube Installation for management of warehousing and packed product dispatch activities. The contract is for 12 months and is valued at about Rs 3.08 crore including 18% GST, or about Rs 2.61 crore excluding GST. It adds about 1.5% to annual revenue and brings a PSU client win, but is too small to materially change profits or margins.
