Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- MIDHANI signed an early-stage MoU with HWB and BARC to recover nickel and cobalt from plant reverts, with no near-term financial impact.
On 27 October 2026, MIDHANI signed an MoU with Heavy Water Board and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre to collaborate on recovering nickel and cobalt from plant reverts. The tie-up aims to use each organisation's technology to recycle critical metals used in batteries, EVs, stainless steel and superalloys and reduce dependence on primary minerals. It is an early-stage framework with no disclosed investment, capacity or timelines, so any revenue or cost benefit in the next 12 months is likely to be very small.
