LEAP India board on October 26, 2026 approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. It also approved reclassification of authorised capital to Rs 1265.06 crore of Re 1 equity shares, insertion of promoter special rights including board nomination in the Articles, appointment of Reema Tayshete & Associates as secretarial auditor for FY27-FY31, and alignment of pre-IPO ESOP Plans A-2019 and B-2022 with SEBI rules, all subject to shareholder approval. The results point to continuation of the strong growth seen in Q1, supporting revenue and profit expansion over the next year.
- LEAP India put more equity into its UAE subsidiary to back MENA expansion; amount not disclosed.
LEAP India Limited disclosed on October 6, 2026 that it made a further equity investment in its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary, LEAP MENA Holdings Limited. The filing under SEBI Regulation 30 did not disclose the investment amount, shares subscribed or other commercial terms. The infusion funds the company's MENA operations and is intra-group, so near-term consolidated impact is expected to be small while supporting future international growth.
