Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Strong H1 sales rebound marred by auditor flag of Rs 9 cr inventory and Rs 6.1 cr profit overstatement.
Ishan Dyes reported Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 20.37 crore and H1 revenue of Rs 61.85 crore, up sharply from Rs 6.74 crore and Rs 23.03 crore a year ago, with H1 net profit of Rs 6.37 crore versus a loss last year. The auditor issued a qualified conclusion, saying finished-goods inventory is overstated by Rs 9.0 crore and H1 profit before tax is overstated by Rs 6.15 crore for not following Ind AS 2, a repeat issue from FY26. Adjusted for this, the business is near breakeven on strong sales growth but carries higher debt and inventory and a governance overhang.
