Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Huge Q2 mark-to-market loss wiped out profits and points to sharply lower full-year earnings.
Indo Thai Securities reported a consolidated Q2 loss of Rs 35.8 crore versus a Rs 14.4 crore profit last year, as a Rs 46.1 crore loss on fair-value changes offset growth in broking and interest income. Revenue fell to Rs 7.6 crore from Rs 23.7 crore a year ago, while core fee income grew about 24% to Rs 3.1 crore. The weak half-year with a Rs 24.8 crore loss and volatile investment book points to much lower earnings over the next year despite lower borrowings.
- Allotted 235 secured NCDs in a small private debt raise with no disclosed size.
Indo Thai Securities allotted 235 secured, redeemable, unlisted and unrated non-convertible debentures on October 7, 2026. The filing does not disclose face value, coupon, tenor or total amount raised. Assuming a standard Rs 1 lakh face value, the raise is about Rs 2.35 crore, a small addition to its Rs 25 crore FY26 borrowings to support funding needs.
