It offers its clients fulfillment centers, industrial facilities, and in-city centers across the country’s industrial and consumption hubs. It offers a fully integrated, end-of-the-end business ecosystem designed to address the comprehensive operational requirements of its customers. Its offerings include industrial and logistics parks and in-city centers. Its solutions include built-to-suit facilities, fully fitted plug-and-play facilities, cold storage, energy solutions, on-site staff accommodation, racking and material handling equipment, all designed to support efficient operations. Its fulfillment centers provide bulk storage solutions to customers across multiple sectors, including e-commerce, third-party logistics, FMCG and retail. In-city centers are multi-use facilities located around dense residential clusters enabling proximity to consumers.

Horizon Industrial Parks reported Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 215 crore, up 30% year-on-year, with EBITDA up 34% to Rs 173.5 crore at 81% margin and net profit of Rs 13.9 crore versus a loss last year. It leased a record 2.5 million sq ft in the quarter and delivered 1.8 million sq ft, with 94% occupancy and Rs 1004.6 crore contracted revenue run-rate. After its August IPO of Rs 2600 crore, it repaid Rs 2250 crore of debt, cutting net debt to Rs 2765.1 crore.
