- DOMS formed a wholly owned arm to enter premium school bags with Rs 1 lakh initial capital.
On October 23, 2026, DOMS Industries said it incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, DOMS Seven Private Limited, in India on October 22, 2026. The new company will focus on premium bags, backpacks and related products, with DOMS investing Rs 1,00,000 for 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each for 100% ownership. The upfront outlay is tiny, so there is no meaningful near-term financial impact, but it marks DOMS entry into the adjacent back-to-school bags category.
