Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Dhampur Bio gets exclusive India rights to produce mycoprotein with Planetary SA, a long-term growth option with little near-term sales.
Dhampur Bio Organics signed a Technology Licensing Agreement with Planetary SA, Switzerland on October 19, 2026 for exclusive production of mycoprotein in India, following a non-binding term sheet in January 2026. No financial terms, capex, royalty or launch timeline were disclosed in the filing. This gives the sugar company entry into alternative protein, but commercial sales will need a new plant and approvals, so near-term financial impact is small.
