Strong real-estate-led revenue growth but lower Q2 profit and subsidiary write-offs leave 12-month outlook neutral.

Cinevista reported Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 5.10 crore, up 34% from last year, and first-half revenue of Rs 12.59 crore, up 50%, driven almost entirely by its Kanjurmarg real estate project with K Raheja Corp. Profit after tax fell to Rs 0.59 crore in Q2 and Rs 1.59 crore in the half year, down about 24% and 10% year-on-year, as material costs rose sharply. The board also wrote off Rs 2.39 crore of loans to its Chimera and Heritage units and provided Rs 1.99 crore against investments and loans, with no impact on consolidated profit after elimination, while borrowings fell by about Rs 2.5 crore in the half year.
