- Brigade to add 600 Hyatt Regency rooms across two Bengaluru mixed-use projects, with no near-term revenue.
Brigade Group signed management agreements with Hyatt for two Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru totaling 600 rooms – about 350 rooms at Brigade Global Park and about 250 rooms at its upcoming Whitefield-Kadugodi township. The hotels will be part of large mixed-use developments with meeting, events and dining facilities. As the projects are still to be developed, there is no near-term revenue, but they expand Brigade's hospitality portfolio in a strong business-travel market.
- Brigade to hold 2-day festive Showcase expo for 15 projects with discounts to support near-term sales.
Brigade Group will hold the 19th edition of its flagship Brigade Showcase property expo on October 10-11, 2026 in Bengaluru as it celebrates 40 years. The expo will feature over 15 residential projects across 4 cities priced from Rs 97 lakh to Rs 25 crore, plus new launches, commercial space and interiors. Buyers get benefits up to Rs 12 lakh on premium homes, a 40% waiver on other charges on select projects and a lucky-draw chance. The event is a festive-season sales push and is unlikely to move annual numbers materially.
- Brigade plans Rs 40,000 cr investment for 40 mn sq ft pipeline over three years, doubling its growth pace.
On completing 40 years, Brigade Group unveiled a 3-year growth roadmap to invest around Rs 40,000 crores for a 40 million sq ft pipeline across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and warehousing. It has built over 110 million sq ft in 10 cities with about 10 million sq ft operating leases, and secured 3 new World Trade Centre licences plus Orion expansion to Chennai and Hyderabad. Funded by internal accruals, project debt and partnerships, the plan sharply raises scale and capex while pressuring debt and working capital in the near term.
