Latest announcements
Exchange filings and their impact on the company.
- Authum completed its Wind World resolution plan obligations with Oct 8, 2026 as implementation date, unlocking a small new revenue stream.
Authum Investment said the consortium with Inox Neo Energies has completed its obligations under the resolution plan for Wind World (India) Limited. The Implementation and Monitoring Committee recorded successful implementation and declared October 8, 2026 as the implementation date. This follows earlier intimations on the Rs 350 cr Wind World asset acquisition, marking closure of the distressed-asset deal and start of operations under the new owners.
- Authum paid Rs 350 cr for Wind World assets and converted Rs 100 cr loan into 25% of Vibhav Energy, a small diversification with limited near-term profit impact.
Authum Investment said it has paid Rs 350 crore for certain assets of Wind World (India) under the NCLT-approved resolution plan of July 27, 2026. It also said its Rs 100 crore inter-corporate deposit to Vibhav Energy, an Inox Green subsidiary doing wind O&M, was converted on October 9, 2026 into 10 crore shares representing 25% of Vibhav. Vibhav had nil turnover in the last three years and net worth of minus Rs 0.1 crore. The move completes Authum's commitment in the consortium with Inox Neo Energies and diversifies its portfolio, with only modest near-term earnings impact given the small size versus its balance sheet.
