- Strong H1 with 14% revenue growth and doubling of profit signals 50%+ earnings uplift for next 12 months.
Aegis Logistics reported Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 2,213 crore and profit before tax of Rs 420 crore, up 35% from last year, with net profit of Rs 321 crore. For the first half, revenue grew 14% to Rs 4,570 crore and net profit more than doubled to Rs 865 crore. The strong growth came from higher volumes and margins in the gas terminal business, pointing to a much higher full-year profit than last year's Rs 1,107 crore.
- Oct-26 deck reaffirms $809mn Tristar buy for Q4 FY27 close plus ammonia commissioning and large LPG/liquid expansion pipeline.
Aegis Logistics released its October 2026 corporate presentation detailing FY26 normalized EBITDA of Rs 1,599 crore and PAT of Rs 1,107 crore on 5.2 MMT LPG logistics volume. It reaffirmed the definitive agreement to buy about 89.8% of Dubai-based Tristar for $809 million, expected to close in Q4 FY27, and highlighted the August 2026 commissioning of India's first independent 36,000 MT ammonia terminal at Pipavav. The deck also outlines upcoming 129k MT LPG and 0.5 million KL liquid storage plus the Project GATI growth plan across greenfield, brownfield, M&A and new energy.
- Aegis commissioned a small 35,000 MT p.a. LPG bottling plant at JNPA, marking progress on its J2 terminal project.
Aegis Logistics has commissioned a specialised LPG bottling plant of 35,000 MT per annum at Jawaharlal Nehru Port from October 15, 2026. The plant is part of its J2 greenfield terminal project being developed under the framework agreement with Aegis Vopak Terminals. The company said the project will subsequently be transferred to Aegis Vopak Terminals. The capacity is small relative to Aegis scale, so near-term earnings impact is limited.

Aegis Logistics board on October 13, 2026 approved acquisition of 89.8% of Dubai-based Tristar Holdings via its Singapore step-down subsidiary for $809mn cash. The deal, subject to competition approvals, is expected to close in Q4 FY27 and immediately add scale and profitability to Aegis.
