- 10+ year Rs 1,500 cr dedicated supply deal adds long-term visibility but no revenue for 2 years.
Aarti Industries signed a 10+ year dedicated manufacturing and supply agreement with a leading global speciality chemical company, with revenue potential of about Rs 1,500 cr over the contract term. Aarti will set up and operate a dedicated facility in India using the customer's proprietary technology for a high-performance speciality chemical, at a capex of less than USD 25 million. Commercial operations are expected in FY28-29, broadening Aarti's global customer base and giving long-term revenue visibility with no sales contribution in the next 12 months.
