Subsidiary signs non-binding MoU with Titan Smart Energy to explore LFP battery storage manufacturing in India.

Faradigm Ultracapacitors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aartech Solonics, signed an MoU with China's Shenzhen Titan Smart Energy to explore cooperation in battery energy storage in India. The plan initially covers Lithium Iron Phosphate systems from 100 kWh to 5 MWh for commercial and industrial uses, plus hybrid solar-diesel-storage solutions, with technology licensing and local manufacturing. Manufacturing would use Faradigm's upcoming plant at Mohasa-Babai in Madhya Pradesh, planned to start in FY27-28. There is no order value or binding commitment yet, so near-term impact is limited.
